It's in season two during the halloween epi and when buffy runs into spike she recognizes him. I think she was running from Angel cause he scared her or something. But Spike recognized her as the soul of someone from his past. I can't remember if they were together in the past or just about to get together.

I think that Angel killed past Buffy or something and maybe raped her but I can't really remember, all I know was that it was Spuffy and ending with them together.

Hmm... there was one where Spike had bought a sherrif's star from Ethan's and put it on as a joke and then he turned into a sherrif from the Old West and proteted Buffy. I think in that one they turned out to have known each other in past lives, but I'm not sure, and I can't remember what it was called.
