I am looking for an AU fic that I think I found on the Spuffy Realm.  It is about Spike being the CEO of a large company and he keeps getting engaged to all these bimbos and then they break up with him.  He gets invited to a wedding and doesn't have a date.  Buffy works at the company but no one notices her.  She is widowed, if memory serves me.  He makes her an offer to be his "girlfriend" at the wedding which is out of town.  While they are there, they fall for each other.
If anyone knows this story, or maybe has it saved, let me know.

I think the fic you are looking for is "Wedding Propositions" by smg fan. I read it at Sinister Attraction but it is not finished as far as I know. I hope this is the one you are looking for.
