this one's probably gonna be hard because there are probably a million fics like it, but it was a PWP (i think) set during Something Blue. It was pretty graphic nc-17 and I remember that they were at Giles' (who was still blind) and Willow had gone to the store for some spell ingredients. Spike basically 'convinces' buffy to have sex even though giles is in the room with them. i can't remember if they actually have sex or he just uses his hand on her... but i remember it being pretty graphic.

it's old. probably 4 or 5 years or something.

thanks, i'll bookmark to read that later but it's not the one. the one i was thinking of was short and all took place during the ep, nothing afterward.

There's also "Lips of Spike" by nikitangel which is a very short NC-17 with Giles sleeping in the room with them and Spike using his hand on Buffy, making her look in the mirror while he does so. The only place I've found it is on her LJ - but it's a flocked entry presumably due to the NC-17 rating. If you think it might be this one I can email you a copy.
