seeking_spike | Spuffy I think with Spike and Dawn get trapped??

Well its been a long time since i read it and I really think it might have even been incomplete. Anyway Spike gets his soul I am pretty sure but he stays with some people in South Africa for awhile right after turns out they were friends of Giles... then later for some reason Dawn has to go threw some porthole and Spike is like the chosen one to have go in to get her and fight whatever big bad and they get Dawn back but something goes wrong getting Spike back and when he gets back he has reverted to human Spike, and human Spike was a doctor or studying to be one. There develops a friendship with Xander and Angel is there too but ends up raping Spike... Ok thats all I can remember.. Can anyone help???
