This is driving me crazy. I'm looking for one of the 7 billion Spike comes back after season 6 as a human fics and the only details I can remember is that the first time Buffy sees him is in a graveyard, he has the flu so when she tackles him to the ground he really goes down so she takes him to her house to recuperate, he's no longer interested in Buffy, he grows a beard and he rebuilds a car with the help of Xander.

I think it was a response to one of Kantayra's challenges

Can ANYONE remember what fic this is and who wrote it?
