Seeking Hell's Bells Spike/OC fic

Help! I'm trying to remember this GREAT fic I read several years ago set during and post Hell's Bells and based on Spike and the date he took to Xander's wedding where it turned out she actually worked for the Initiative and helped develop the chip in Spike's head.

Can anyone remember this fic?
