Looking for an Author

I'm looking for an author who I think was named William's girl. But she had a fic where Spike and Buffy were in the desert during a war or something and Spike was attempting to gain alliance with a shiek or something and Buffy was one of the shiek's slave, worker, captive. I dunno but Buffy and Spike fell in love and were to get married. I'm sorry, its all very vague and gray any help would be great. Thanks.

williamsgirl no longer writes in the fandom. all of her fics were taken down and rewritten as original fiction.
