Bangel fic

seeking_spikeHey i'm looking for a bangel fic i read quite some time ago, but i remember a lot about it.
Essentially cordelia and angel were dating and angel was a student from ireland that's studying law in the US. but the thing is, he's not a citizen of the US and so in the middle of the school year he was gonna get called back to ireland. To prevent that, cordelia ends up finding a waitress at a cafe that she sort of knows, Buffy, paying her a hefty sum of money, in the form of a check, to marry angel so he can stay in the United States.
The marriage goes through and theres a service worker that finds it fishy since she's worked with cases were people have married citizens to stay in the US, so she makes weekly visits to Buffy and Angel. she asks them questions about each other, asks their friends about the relationship, etc. In the end, buffy and angel actually fall in love, and they live happily ever after.
i didnt read this on a fanfiction archive, this author made a site specifically for her work. anyway, i remember a couple other random scenes but i think this is good enough. if anybody can link me or just give me the title/author that would be FANTASTIC! i have the suddent urge to reread it and i just must! Thanks!
