Looking For 2 Old Fics

Hi, new here. I'm so glad I found this community. Maybe you guys can help. I don't remember much about these stories. I'm almost 100% sure I found them on MSN search around either the end of 2002 or 2003-2004. I'm also pretty sure they were both on the same site. They were fairly long and I think they were gen-fic, but that's only because I can't remember any romance. They were both finished. I think they were on a personal fanfic site.

Story #1
It was set in an early season, maybe season 3, definately before season 4. I can't remember the plot at all, only a few scenes. One scene I remember is Buffy was in a sewer, and she finds some guy chained up, who I'm pretty sure helps her escape. Another scene I remember is the gang, or at least some of them, are at the hospital and Angel shows up with Drusilla. They fight someone; Drusilla helps, and I think it's mentioned that she's slightly less crazy. Oh, also, I think the guy Buffy finds in the sewer was described as having a build like Angel and that he was bald. I also sort of remember thinking that he reminded me of Nomak (from Blade 2), if that helps any.

Story #2
I think this was set in season 3 too, and I kind of think it had to do with The Wish/Doppleganger, but maybe not. I remember even less about this story, but I do remember that at the end the Dopplegangers (I *think* that's what they were) were taken back to their own dimension/another dimension by a giant air-whirlpool type thing. I'm also pretty sure Spike was in the story, even if it was only Doppleganger!Spike (eta: I think he was evil too, although not the main 'bad guy').

Yeah, not much to go on, I know. But even if you could just point me to sites that were around during that time, or stories that are AR or centered around The Wish/Doppleganger, that would be immensly appreciated. I've been looking for these fics off and on for awhile now and I'm kind of starting to think that I may have just dreamed them up.

Story #2 - There was a story called "Blasted Amulet" by Joanne P. where there were two Spikes, one from season 4 and another from season 7. There is a funnel involved which takes Spike and Buffy to I don't remember where. The reason this happened is more complicated than just a wish so I am not sure this is the one you are looking for. Fic #2 reminds me of one that starts during "Doppelgangland": the Spike from the world of "the wish" comes to this world too and likes it here. He and Buffy become friends at a certain point, until this world's Spike comes back and discovers what's happened. I can't remember the title and can't find it among the season 3 fics... but if it's the one you are looking or, you could add this informations to your request.

I'm pretty certain that in the story I'm looking for Spike was evil. He also wasn't really a main character, I just added that he was in the fic because around that time in canon he wasn't there, so a lot of Season 3 fics don't feature him and I was hoping it might narrow it down a bit.

But thanks for the suggestion. I think I might try looking for that fic too, sounds pretty good.
