I'm trying to find a fic that I was reading a few years ago. At the time I believe it was a WIP and it was located I think on the Sandlot. Anyway in it the Scoobs have built their own Slayer school and have a room for Buffy but she's never been there. Buffy finally comes to the school and finds a replica of Restfield and Spike's crypt. While Buffy is there Spike comes through a portal or something and he's an angel with wings and everything. Anyone have a clue as to who wrote this or has a link? Thanks in advance.

I could swear this fic is by anaross, but I'm not seeing it linked in her Memories and her website appears to be gone. If I were home this weekend, it would be easy to find (I have it saved on my computer at home). Someone else will probably answer with some real info before I get home, though... since I got a quick answer when I asked about that very same fic last year! (Apparently, the story is memorable, but the title doesn't like to stick around in long-term memory! :-)

Aha! Thank you from me too... because I'd once again forgotten who wrote it. *headdesk*

At one point, I had a string of fic search requests here that all turned out to be by Anaross. As a consequence, she now tends to be the first writer to come to mind whenever I can't remember who wrote something. :-)
