I will put as much detail as I can remember, but google has not been my friend today!!!Some one here will recognize it. 

Buffy and Spike are captured and taken to an island, kept separate, given some kind of gas and have crazy monkey sex, carry on, pregnancy develops, they are watched in a lab by a women scientist who works for the council, sex tape made, Spike tricks lab assistant, escapes off island with Buffy, the run and hide being chased by council, end up in, I think, the C. Republic, living there during Christmas, Buffy delivers, barley escapes hospital but is helped by "Guardians",and in the end return home to Joyce and Scoobies.

That has to be Weathered, by Winter, and has two sequels; this is were I found it:

Thanks, I was just on the ff.net site, looking for this story. I saw this fic but I guess I forgot about it being a sequel fic. The third one is incomplete at ff.net.
