Looking for Spuffy fic

I'm looking for a fic that has Spike returning to Sunnydale and witnessing Riley hurting Buffy and Spike steps in and punches out Riley.He takes Buffy I think to a hotel to clean her up and Buffy tells him that she and Riley are married now and she has accept the beatings.

wow. i have no idea what it is...but i hope someone does. sounds like a good plotline. I always like spike coming in to save the day, and a slightly more vulnerable buffy.

ok that's a similar story, but not the one the person asking for it described. The story you mentioned isn't set in sunnydale, but some random town somewhere, and Spike takes buffy to his apartment, not a hotel. It's possible that the person got the details wrong, or that that's not the same story.

sorry i dont remember the name of it. but buffy lives with riley and he is beating her. spike finds out and gets angelus to come to town to help protect her.

Is Fighting for Love By Tami.Here is the summary; Something is very wrong in Sunnydale. Riley has changed and Buffy is suffering for it.
