Post-"Chosen" fics with soul-loss

I know I should remember who wrote these, but I'm currently drawing a blank.

One has Spike surviving the ending of "Chosen" (I think) and tagging along with the Scoobies as they flee the remains of Sunnydale... but it turns out the fire that destroyed the Hellmouth was fueled by his soul, which is now gone. And I'm afraid that's all I can recall of that one.

The second one has Spike recorporealized in LA and working with Angel. Then one night he goes out drinking and ends up with someone extracting his soul (we later find out it was Ethan Rayne). Angel doesn't believe he really wants his soul back, but Spike is mostly just angry that someone took the soul he fought so hard to earn.

Any ideas?
