Another Spike/shanshu fic?

Hi.  Does anybody remember this one.

Spike is brought back, human.  I think it is post-Chosen.  Unfortunately, there are some side effects and he has seizures, which he is being treated for.  Because they are a danger to Spike, Angel and Giles' memories of him have been altered, and they only know him as Buffy's boyfriend, William.

It's in season two during the halloween epi and when buffy runs into spike she recognizes him. I think she was running from Angel cause he scared her or something. But Spike recognized her as the soul of someone from his past. I can't remember if they were together in the past or just about to get together.
