Spuffy Fic Search

Hey all.

I'm looking for a Spuffy fic that I think was set post-S7, maybe even post-S5 of Angel. Buffy had had enough of slaying so she had left, set up with a house somewhere near the beach I think. Willow had done a bunch of spells; giving a watcher a glamour so she looked like Buffy, and I think a spell on Dawn to make her forget her sister.

Buffy found out that Spike was alive and came back (to Europe I am assuming) to find that there was another 'Buffy'; there was a conversation with the other Buffy between the Immortal and Angel, both convincing Buffy to choose them. Spike and Buffy met up; I'm pretty sure they had sex in a vent, though I read this story at least a year ago so my memory is fuzzy.

If anyone could help me with this story it would be greatly appreciated!

pregnant spuffy

this one should be fairly easy as i think it's pretty well known, but i just can't remember the author or title.

the council kidnaps spike and buffy in hopes that buffy will get pregnant. she does, and they escape, and end up living in an empty house in london? i think. eventually, after the baby's born, they call giles and the gang (including joyce?) comes to see them and take buffy home. by then buffy and spike have feelings for each other... i think the baby was a girl? and she had to drink blood from a bottle every once in a while?
