Hello all.  I'm looking for a fic that I'm almost sure exists in my personal archive but damned if I can find it!!!

Buffy is a bad girl and gets sent to England to live with relation (Giles).  William is typical William and is pushed by his mother to make friends with her (takes her shopping, goes over to watch movie).  Buffy decides to make William her project and makes him all kinds of naughty (in ALL kinds of ways)  and gives him a makeover.  Anyway, the evil Cecily sends William info regarding her past and William being insecure thinks Buffy has only been using him.  In the end they get back together because....really....who likes non-happy-endings???
