Seeking a Buffy/Spike Fic that I can't get out of my head!!

Hi ~ I'm looking for a Spuffy fic in which Buffy I believe is from the future and convinces Spike of her love (by holding hands?) But it's the latter part of the story that's in my head!! :) Something happens and Spike is gone but in his place is "newly turned Spike" from about 1900. Buffy first talks to him (he's chained up in a locked room) but eventualy has sex with him and as a result he remembers something of their life. The more they make love the more he remembers so they go on a bit of a marathon to help him! Sounds kind of just sexy but it was written in a very loving and touching manner. Can anyone help?? I don't know what season it is in but Spike and Buffy are sent to the past and where vampire's and humans intermingle without realizing it. Buffy has lost her memory and becomes best friends with on of the vampires and when she remembers she flips out before getting over it and continuing the friendship.

I think they went through a portal or something and they had to wait for it to come back to them. But buy then they had created a family, an inner sanctum of vampires and humans that when they got back to the future waited for them to take back control of the family.
