10 years after Chosen

There's that fic that haunts me.

I forgot the title and the author but I think it's fairly recent.
The action is somewhat ten years after chosen.
Spike is alive but lives almost alone somewhere on a mountain.
Buffy decides to go see him and she walks up the mountain to him.
They spend a few days together possibly  speaking ot the past and then she goes back to her life.

I think there is also a sequel to that fic.

I really need to read that fic.
