Looking for an AU Spike/Buffy story...

The story I'm looking for is a man (Spike) who is locked up in his mansion, whom everyone assumes is a vampire, but he isn't--he is simply often ill and cannot be outside in the daylight. Buffy's character flees to his mansion while running away from Angel (I think) and she and Spike fall in love over time. Does anyone know what that story is? I thought it was CandyKnicks' "Can I Keep You", but he's a vamp in that one.

I'd be really grateful for help finding this story. It's a long one, if I remember correctly.
