NFA fic

I remember starting to read a fic (then lost it) that began during the final battle in NFA, in the fic all of the charaters who had died throughout both series (Anya, Fred, Tara, Joyce, Cordy, Wes, Gun and Doyle) were resurected by supernatural means. Does this ring any bells for anyone?

Looking for a fic..It had Spike seeking vengeance on the slayer for killing Dru.  Angel stops it so Spike disowns Angel  starts his own line(in Dru's name)..believe he turns Willow and Giles.  They go someplace Dru had secured for them I believe Clem is there.                 Thank You

Season 6 fic

This is from so long ago, I can only remember -- post resurrection,  with Spike's help Buffy keeps her return secret, Tara and Dawn are part of the plan (they grow closer).  Spike gets a fine old house for them all to live in - hassle from the Scoobies and Angel. There's assistance from the Sunnydale office of W&H,(could be Lilah)  Then I think there's foster care for Dawn.  Possibly unfinished.  I hope this jogs a memory or two.

So I've been up and down the entire list of stories on fanfiction.net and can't seem to find this one story I know was there.
I cannot recall the name of the story or the author, but I remember that it begins in the cave where Spike got his soul. The basic premise of it is that the PtB are playing matchmakers with Buffy and Spike. They tell him he will die (or maybe it was fade away? - I can't remember) unless he can find someone who can love him. I remember that every time Buffy sees him he vanishes like a ghost.

I first found it on fanfiction.net, but it's no longer there (unless I'm missing it, somehow). If there's anyone who can help me by finding it elsewhere, I'll appreciate it.

I've been searchin for two different fic every way I know how.  I hope someone here can help me!

Fic #1
     I've been looking for this fic for a while and its driving me crazy not being able to remember!  I think it takes places in S5 shortly after Dawn and Spike break into the magic Box. A representative of Wolfram and Hart comes and asks Spike if he wants he chip removed.  He says yes and they make him sign some sort of contract which he does not read (I think because he didn't want to put his reading glasses on in front of the guy and show weakness.) In order to remove the chip, they stake him (Buffy finds his dust) and resurrect him with the same spell they used on Darla.  They get Dru to revamp him which he tries to fight.  They plant subliminal messages in Spike that make him turn in Dawn because she's the key which results in her being kidnapped. He tried to defend Dawn but later remembers turning her in.  They find Dawn in LA as Wolfram and Hart is using her to open a portal which Spike shuts by drinking either Dawn or Buffy's blood.  He gets stuck in that world, which is very inhospitable containing no life forms and lots of ice, for whats seems like a hundred years in his time.  He eventually returns, I believe on his own. 

Fic #2:
     I've also been looking for another fic which I remember next to nothing about... :( I only remember a conversation between Willow and Tara.  Tara tells Willow why the things that kill/harm vampires do so.  A stake works because its something that was once living and is now dead like a vampire.  Beheading works bcause it severs the mystical connection between demon and body.  She also explains holy water, crosses and sunshine but I don't remember. I know its not a lot to go on...
