Half Gifts

I have a story called 'Half-Gifts' that was saved on my hard drive a million years ago, and while transitioning to my new computer I re-read it.  I didn't save the author's name in the file, and it just kind of stops, so I think what I have saved is not the entire thing. 

Does anyone know who wrote it, where I might find it, and if it was ever completed?

Looking for a post-NFA spangel

This is going to be very vague, but I'm looking for a story that I remember reading a long time ago. It was Spike/Angel and set after NFA, and the only thing I remember about it is that Spike had been hurt in the final battle and was either blind or deaf (or possibly both?).
