I'm looking for a Spike/Buffy fic that takes place in an alternate season two. I think it starts at the Bronze, with Buffy choosing to break up with Angel, who sadly lets her go. Buffy leaves and comes across Spike and they fight until Buffy asks him something about being pretty or relationships or something like that. She calls a truce and invites Spike over to her house to watch movies and talk with her, and she ends up falling sleep on the couch beside him. Spike considers killing her, but changes his mind.

I read this a while ago, but I'm sure about what I wrote above. Something I'm not sure of, and I might be mixing it up with another fic.... Drusilla is Spike's sister as a human before they are turned. (maybe)

And for some weird reason I want to say the title has 'star' in it... But maybe I'm crazy. The first paragaph above is the one that i'm really looking for, anyway.  Thanks!

I am looking for a story where Spike is the one cursed because he was the one who killed the gypsy's favorite child. I don't remember anything beyond the first chapter which Spike is supposed to be watching the girl while Darla and Angel are out, but gets bored and I am assuming has himself a snack. I am assuming this  was a Spike/Buffy story. I've been watching the series again and season 2 episode Surprise made me think of this story.
