Buffy vamp fic post Spike soul?

This fic was finished (I'm 90% sure of it). It's been weighing on my mind for quite some time now. I think Buffy is more than a slayer? I could be wrong there. She could be a vamp too. Actually, I think she is a vamp but maybe somethings are special about her? Not sure on that last bit, but she's definitely a vamp now that I'm recalling this. For some reason she goes overseas to England. She ends up meeting a turned Slayer...And no I can't remember this girls name but I know she was a spitfire. She had maybe red hair? She also kills Quentin Travers in a hospital for killing her Sire and on and off again lover Torch. I remember that near the end he spoke extensively with Spike about his trials for getting his soul. Meaning Torch meant to do this for his Childe he loved very much but had a hard time changing like Spike did.

So yes Spike was with Soul in this. Help?
