C/A fic?

I am trying to locate a C/A fic (I think?) where the Scoobies arrive in L.A. I think it might be for Fred and Gunn's wedding. During the wedding ceremony, Connor shows up with a gang of Wolfram & Hart minions and demands that Angel hand over Cordelia. It appears that Wes has joined Wolfram & Hart as well. Angel agrees to enter a portal to (what he thinks is a hell dimension) only to find out it's a time portal that Wes had created that sent Angel back in time one year. Can anyone help me find this fic?

 I read a Buffy/Spike fanfiction that takes place in season 7. All I remember from the story is that she and Spike talked to an oracle and was told that giving all the potential slayers full slayer power was a bad idea, and would result in the slayer line dying out because all the power in the slayer line would be used up. Does anyone know which fic this is?
