Buffy/Spike fic search

 I read a Buffy/Spike fanfiction that takes place in season 7. All I remember from the story is that she and Spike talked to an oracle and was told that giving all the potential slayers full slayer power was a bad idea, and would result in the slayer line dying out because all the power in the slayer line would be used up. Does anyone know which fic this is?
