very old fics

Hey guys,

Im gonna take a real long shot in the dark here but back when fanfiction.net had billions of fics that didn't dissapear overnight there was two fics I remember reading that i'd love to find again....

1) I'm pretty sure it was back in 2003.... definitely before 2006 anyhow. There was a fic it had 14 chapters and it was based around buffy coming back from the dead and her and spike were becoming chummy. there was one bit I remember where they're drinking in the Bronze and Xander goes to bring her home and spike lies to her saying he's off to watch passions so xander can get her home. When she gets there, in her drunken state she scans the tv guide and has a "aha passions isn't even on... stupid vampire" moment.... was quite a funny scene but as I said a long shot in the dark. Was sooooo many years ago.

2) the other one i'm sure was called 'for her love' or something similar, it's based near into the woods it's basically buffy and spike talking in the cemetery one night and riley eavesdropping. It's only about 2 to 3 chapters long but I can't seem to find it anywhere. grr!

Yeah if anyone has any ideas or links i'd be extremely grateful...... there may even be a cookie involved :D

A couple of fics...

Hello! The first fic I'm looking for I remember reading at least a few years ago. Spike has shanshued but has no memory of his previous life. Buffy stumbles upon him at the beach, where he was a writer and a surfer, I believe. She takes an apartment in his building to be near him, and they date, without him knowing the truth (at least at first). And Spike makes her watch his favorite movie, Endless Summer. I feel like I should know this, but I just can't think what it was called or who wrote it... help?

The second fic is a very old one I remember reading back in 2001 or 2002, when I first discovered fanfic. It featured Angel during World War I (I believe). He was in the Army or Marines, or at least pretended to be, doing his whole remorseful soul-having thing, fighting with his fellow troops in the trenches. I remember that it was supposedly really overcast weather all the time, which supposedly explained why he didn't fry in the sun. I don't remember much more, but if that sounds familiar to anyone, I'd love to read it again. It's one of my earliest fanfic memories :)

OK, I give up! Google does not bend to my wishes hense I cannot find this. Please, help me!

Post S7 for sure. Buffy has gone to some Slayer Realm or something and leaves the Scoobies a letter saying that she'll wait there for her champion to come for her. The Scoobies go to L.A. to get Spike 'cause they think he's her champion but Angel thinks it's him so he goes too. There's this thing where the Scoobies and Joyce and Nikki Wood, I think, speak up for Spike while the Fang Gang and Doyle(not sure if it was him) speak for Angel. There are challenges and they have to lose their souls before going into some maze or something. Turns out Angel was there for Cordy but didn't know it. Angelus wants Cordy too so he gets her and Spike get Buffy. Yes, I know it by heart, can somebody, please, find me a link now? :D

+ What's wrong with Forbidden Kisses and doesn't anyone have a link to or copies of JackOfSpikes' stories??
