Hi guys i'm looking for 2 fics but this is all i can remember of them...

Spike and dawn had a very close friendship and all the while buffy hated spike, there's a lot of buffy bashing in the fic and Angel somehow brings the aureius clan back to life and adops Dawn into it or something. I remember this one part where every one was seated around a table and spike was standing in the shadows next to angel but no one could see him but angel knew he was there but then later he revealed himself. In the fic Spike is Angel's childe and a Seducer. Found! ( A Gift of Love by buffywatcher (crypt)

i remember a mansion that spike and angel bought that willow enchanted and all the trees were infused with Angel's and spike's blood that made the trees move or something. Oh And i remember Lorne buying the mansion for them and sending them images of it through the mail. Spike's a seducer in this too i think.
does this sound familiar to anyone?
