Angel/Spike H/C Pins and Needles

Hi, I'm looking for an Angel/Spike fic (I think slash but it may have been gen) I read a few years ago. I'm pretty sure it was called Pins and Needles, but a Google search hasn't turned anything up. It was set post-Initiative/Pangs, Angel comes by and finds out Spike hasn't been getting enough blood. At some point Spike is given 'bad/old' blood and gets ill - something like Pinnes-something or other - off it. Anybody heard of it and know where I might find it? I'd be extremely grateful, I've been looking on and off for ages.

I'm looking for a fic by Revello1620 called Metamorphosis (which I think was heading towards being Buffy/Spike but was a WIP). I searched on waybackmachine and got the first 6 chapters but I remember reading a lot more of it originally (the archive has up to the point when Buffy decides to go live in LA but I can remember reading about her time there and then coming back to Sunnydale), and of course I can't find it anywhere else. Does anyone have a link to it or it saved by any chance? Thanks!
