Angel/Spike H/C Pins and Needles

seeking_spikeHi, I'm looking for an Angel/Spike fic (I think slash but it may have been gen) I read a few years ago. I'm pretty sure it was called Pins and Needles, but a Google search hasn't turned anything up. It was set post-Initiative/Pangs, Angel comes by and finds out Spike hasn't been getting enough blood. At some point Spike is given 'bad/old' blood and gets ill - something like Pinnes-something or other - off it. Anybody heard of it and know where I might find it? I'd be extremely grateful, I've been looking on and off for ages.
