Spuffy season 4?

zanthinegirl.livejournal.comI've been in a Buffy the Vampire slayer mood lately; I've been rewatching the series. Always a good thing! At any rate I'm trying to remember a season 4 fic I read several years ago.
The primary thing I remember is that Spike has the ring of Amara implanted in (I think!) his abdomen instead of wearing it on a finger where Buffy can easily pull it off.
