looking for a specific buffy/giles fic

It's a fic with two time frames, the first being set post-Chosen where Buffy is 'retired' and living in Rome but is in reality being kept prisoner there by Dawn who has been possessed by the First. The rest of the Scoobies, including Giles, have also been possessed by the First. Buffy, miserably unhappy, makes a wish that causes her to switch places with her younger self, who comes from a pre-Dawn time period (Season 4, I believe). Younger!Buffy, predictably, takes offense at this insane future she's just been dumped in and "comes out" of retirement. She ends up talking to Giles, but realises that he's been possessed. She then takes out the possessed Dawn, which frees Giles and the others from the First's possession.

Meanwhile, older!Buffy ends up in the past and she's quite traumatised by it all, and goes to Giles. There's also a scene where Riley tries to get Buffy to go to Maggie Walsh after he realises that something is off about her. Giles also ends up taking Buffy out to dinner, and Buffy is also reunited with Joyce.

I've read the story once or twice, but for the life of me, I can't find it again. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks. :)
