Hi all,

I hope you can help me. There is this fic that has Spike come back to Buffy as William. They get married, and live happily for a bit, until becomes plain that Buffy really does need a little monster in her man, even though she tries to be happy with William. It's all in his POV, and not very long. He basically bemoans that yeah he got the girl, but they both miss Spike. He's not Buffy's equal anymore, he's terrified to go out at night, he hates being human, and he doesn't feel whole. He gets vamped again (might of been on purpose) and his original demon (Spike) is his again. He's whole. He goes to their house, and knocks on the door. I'm pretty sure Buffy knowingly invites him in. It might of been implied she was happy. But it ended there. And I've read so many fics lately that I can't for the life of me remember the name, where I found it, how I found it, or who wrote it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
