It starts with Buffy getting resurrected but she comes back almost like a skeleton, Dawn and Spike nurse her back to health but the other scoobies never visit. I think they set up a sort of hospital room for Buffy? With a private nurse. Spike and Dawn share the bed with Buffy as she has nightmares and they calm her....
Does it ring any bells for anyone?
