Rewrite of Buffy's Resurrection

I hope someone will know this, it was queried on SR but noone has answered yet and I really want to read the fic they are after!! Their description was this...

It starts with Buffy getting resurrected but she comes back almost like a skeleton, Dawn and Spike nurse her back to health but the other scoobies never visit. I think they set up a sort of hospital room for Buffy? With a private nurse. Spike and Dawn share the bed with Buffy as she has nightmares and they calm her....

Does it ring any bells for anyone?

It isn't I'm afraid, that is a S4 one where Buffy is hurt on patrol and ends up in a coma. Thanks for trying though. :)

Such a shame no-one knows this, no suggestions have come up on SR either. Really fancied reading it. :(.
