What is the story where Spike kidnaps Buffy and they go on a sort of roadtrip together, and it is NOT Dreams and Desotos by Bloodshedbaby. This is driving me crazy. Please help.

Sorry, but it isn't that. The kidnapping isn't done as a joke but as a real, Evil Spike doesn't want to be in love with Buffy, kidnap her.

I think Spike/Buffy roadtrip is a pretty common theme - there are a lot of them. Kidnapping narrows it down a bit. Down the Road was the first one that occurred to me; but I know there are probably more.
