Looking for Holidays fic...

I am looking for a Spuffy fic with each chapter featuring a new holiday.  I think it began on New Years, with Buffy and Spike playing in the snow.  It's incredibly sad at the end, but I really want to re-read it.  I know I originally found it on someone's fic rec list, but I can't remember which one!
