Looking for Spuffy

I think that this was set after Dead Things where Spike leaves Sunnydale after being beaten.At some point in the future he opens a demon hunting agency with Dawn neither of them being in touch with Buffy.A job comes in at a hotel somewhere and all these demon hunters meet together including Spike, Dawn and Buffy. They eventually sort out their problems and get back together. I hope this rings a bell with someone I did read it areally long time ago. Thanks for any help given...
