seeking_spike | christmas fic and claim fic

hi im looking for a couple of fics. the first one is a christmas fic set in season 6. buffy breaks up with spike and he gets pissed and goes out with another girl. buffy sees them at the bronze and gets jealous and gives spike a present she bought for him. i think it was like a shirt or something. then he says something that hurts her and she runs off. i cant remember the rest but i know that 98 degrees' "this gift" is in it and i think buffy dances for spike to "santa baby". FOUND

the second one im looking for i can't remember much of it. all i can remember is that spike claims buffy to protect her i think and they get together also. and spike can only drink buffy's blood and when he tries to drink any other kind he gets sick and thows up. dawn also gets a vampire boyfriend i think and spike also bites dawn to see if her blood would make her sick but it does too. (that was me that was looking for it at BSV lol)
