A Spuffy fic with Buffy's Dad

Hi guys,

I am looking for a Spike/Buffy fic that I read years ago. Basic plot: Buffy's father seeks custody of Dawn from Buffy after Joyce dies. There were a few scenes wherein Buffy's dad expressed his, er, displeasure for Spike and Spike's influence on Dawn.

Sorry it's such a basic summary, but it was years since I've read it.
