Season 5 fic

I don't have much to go on for this fic.  I remember Buffy visiting Joyce in hospital and she overhears two nurses swooning over the gorgeous guy who left flowers for Joyce.  She realises they are talking about Spike, and she gradually comes to depend on him rather than Riley, which doesn't go down well as you can imagine.  Any help appreciated.

Thanks for that, though I'm not sure it's the one I'm thinking of. The Visitor is newer and a WIP. Perhaps I'm getting them mixed up in my head!!
