Looking for a spuffy fic

It is Spuffy... I remember a scene where Willow tries to summon a demon to turn back time (something to do with Dawn and the Initiative) and she is going to sacrifice a puppy to do it. The demon she summons is a friend of Anya's and she puts a curse on Willow that if she does magic for selfish reasons she will age herself.

Any ideas - I remember loving this fic but the name fell through my swiss cheese memory!

That's Tales "Spike's Will Be Done" Series. The demon thing happens in the third part "Fumbling Toward Ecstasy". But I'd suggest you re-read the whole thing, it's definitely worth it!
