Spuffy Time Travel Fic

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a fanfic I started to read a couple years ago and somehow can't seem to find. I can't remember the title or who the author is, hence the trouble finding it. It was definitely a Spuffy story and it invovled Spike and Buffy somehow being sent back in time to I believe it was the revoltionary war era. They are in a place where they have an established life but of course have no memory of it or anyone there. Buffy is pregnant and they already have at least 2 other children. They learn that Spike's counterpart in that time was kinda of a bastard and had a mistress (some real bitchy woman who causes lots of problems).
That's all I can really remember, I hope it's enough to go on. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me find this fic, I've been looking for ages.

It sounds like a story by Isabelle (I think that's the author's name). She also wrote a story based on "The Count of Monte Cristo" (but I'm not sure of the title). Maybe this will help stir someone else's (better) memory :)

ETA: Did a little digging and I'm not sure this is the right author. Isabelle has many Spuffy stories up at fanfic.net and some of the spuffy archives (the one I mentioned above is "The Island of Galleno") but I couldn't find a fic to match the story you're looking for. Look in one of the older archives, because it's an older, classic story. I'm trying to remember if it got finished. I think it did...

I didn't read the story but I have the information:
Les Miserables WIP

Yes, this is my summer series. Set right after Spike comes back from Africa, with a soul. Buffy, having a hard time dealing with him as it is gets stuck in a black hole--time warp along with Spike. They wake up in revolutionary America, in the middle of the war. Everyone recognizes them... even their kids which they have no clue how they came to be. But what is waiting for them in this time is more than they can handle--more than they can take. Series rated: NC-17. Length: Very long--20-or more long chapters.
Her site is gone now and this story had back then 12 chapters.

Do you know by chance where we can find the remaining chapters? I managed to track down the first part of ch13 on her lj, isabellecs, but nothing else...

If you mean me, sorry, I don't have a link for a complete story. I just copied the links to her site, always wanting to read it but I never saved it on my computer. Maybe another one does know more (make a new post for searching the fic now the name is known?).

Just thought I'd try and ask. :D I'm fairly new to fandom (just over a year), so I'm not familiar with any older archives (where it was suggested we look) and google turned up nothing... I left her a comment on her lj (which is still active, though it looks like she's moved to other fandoms), if she doesn't reply in a couple of days I'll try making another post here. Thank you!

Sadly so many wonderful (spuffy) archives are gone now (and with it story that were posted only there). I won't start writing the names or it would take some time to stop. Some authors have still their personal site but many do vanish when interest does. Saber Shadowkitten's site is still there.

Spuffy Realm, Vampires Kiss and BS Diaries are still there. Not sure how save (virus free) Sinnister Attraction is at the moment. The Bloodshedverse and Elysian Fields are younger. BS Central has a new site, the old one isn't save.

Looks like it was never finished. Oh, well. Pity! It was a good story.
