season 7 fic

hey im looking for a season 7 fic where a bunch of bringers attack buffy's house and an ubervamp kidnaps dawn under the first's orders and the first puts up some kind of force field around everyone but spike. then it makes spike choose between his soul, which with it buffy finally believes he loves her, or dawn. buffy tells him not to and that they would find another way but he still chooses dawn. then the first rips his soul out. thats all i remember really. i do know that i read it on fanfiction.net a really long time ago and i think the title has the word "vine" in it or something like that. any help would be really awesome! thanks!

Sort of remember that fic as well.

I believe Angel was there when the choice was made as well. Think it was on a street just outside Buffy's house.

Also, seem to remember that Dawn and Spike were on the outs until he made the choice.

Sorry, you are not going crazy, I know I read that story too. Just don't remember the title either or where.
