I try to remember the name of a fic, where Buffy was 5 years a guest at the mental institution and after getting out comes to Sunnydale. I think Spike finds here there and helps her to dust Angelus. Sorry.. but that's all I remember... my brain is once again a Swiss Cheese! Thanks for anybody who could help me!
