I've been trying to remember the name of this fic for ages. Hope you can help.

Buffy comes back from some other dimension where A LOT of time has passed. She’s kind of feral—can’t really speak or remember anything. She’s wearing clothes made out of demons that she’s killed. Hasn’t had any human contact in like 100 years or something like that. I think that in this other dimension, she would draw pictures of people that she “remembered,” and when she comes back to present-day Sunnydale, she recognizes Spike from her drawings with blue eyes and yellow hair. I think that this is post-The Gift, but am not sure.
