Post Series Slayer School (in Iowa?) Fic

Spike has been shanshued, but has no memory of his demon days, though he retains his "knowledge base", if that makes sense. The Council has employed him as a teacher of demonology at the new Slayer School, where he terrorizes the baby Slayers whenever they let him teach English Lit. Willow is the headmistress, I believe. Buffy comes to town, after years on the road, takes over for another teacher out on disability, and they start a working relationship, complete with forays into the field with a guard llama! The llama becomes a running gag, naturally. It all ends Spuffily ever after (or does it? tbc) , but I can't remember the title or author, naturally. Anybody have a lead?

I don't remember that it was Iowa, but it has to be the excellent Sweet Lethe and sequel by Miss Murchison:
