Buffy singing to a sick Spike

Hello guys,

does anybody remember a fic where Spike is very sick and, while sitting by his bedside, Buffy sings to him " You are my sunshine" to convey how much he means to her? I also  remember she was really scared she was going to loose him. 

The general situation is the following (but I may be mixing 2 or more  fics):
I think Spike is poisoned , Buffy tries to cure him by giving him her blood, but it actually makes him worse because there is also a spell or something on him. So nothing seems to help and that's why she is so desperate and doesn't want to leave his bedside (I remember somebody thinking/saying she looked really exhausted)

It's probably set post Chosen or post NFA because I remember Angel or somebody from the AI crew being there (maybe it was him/they who called Buffy?).

I'm quite sure this fic is at least 3 years old, and, for some reason, I keep thinking it could be by Kantayra (but I don't have a link to her anymore), but probably I'm wrong.

It could be "Prayers for a Poet by FetchingMadScientist (http://bloodshedverse.com/stories.php?go=chapters&no=1109). I don't remember the singing part, but Buffy does try to heal Spike with her blood, which makes him worse, and it is post NFA. Also, it was written just over three years ago :-)
