seeking_spikeThis is so stupid because I know this story. I just can't seem to remember the title. *frustrated groan* Oh well, here goes;
Buffy finds Spike in a hospital some time after the end of Ats, he's become human and is in a coma. Though he can hear her talking to him and becomes frustrated cause he can't wake up. Illyria is there with him and tells Buffy that he can hear her. Buffy gets upset cause the women working at the hospital take every opportunity they can to sneak a peek at Spike. He later wakes up and he and Buffy reunite. If I remember correctly, the story ends with Dru coming back and tries to turn him back into a vamp and he kills her.
Anyone who can help me with this?
