Seeking a Fic...

Hi there, 

Surprisingly enough I'm asking for your help for a fic I caught a tiny glimpse of one time.  I have very little to go one but I'm sure if it can be found at all - you guys are the ones to ask.

Literally all I remember was that Spike was sick and being cared for by Angel.  He threw up and they both were astonished and he said "I didn't think I could..."  and Angel said "Neither did I"

Could have been with the roles reversed.

Definitely not imagining it, cause I've read it too. Now I'm gonna wonder about it...
