Darn, I was hoping you had included links along with the titles. I would love to establish a rule that said you always had to finish your fic before you leave the fandom :)

Redeeming Spike's Butt by Valerie X is a good one. Luckily, I new it was unfinished before I started reading it, so I knew to expect no ending :-P I just really liked her writing.
